¿Qué causa este problema?

If you enter a quantity in alternative units of measure, the system
converts to the production unit, in which the quantity is also updated.
The characteristic value containing the conversion between stockkeeping
unit and production unit is either zero or has not been entered in the
classification of this batch

The production quantity cannot be calculated. The system can therefore
not update the quantity if you enter in alternative units of measure
