¿Qué causa este problema?

If you enter a quantity in alternative units of measure, the system
converts to the unit of issue, in which the quantity will also be
updated.
The characteristic value, which contains the conversion between
stockkeeping unit and unit of issue, is either zero or has not been
valuated in the classification of this batch.

The quantity issued cannot be calculated. This means that quantity
cannot be updated if you use alternative units of measure
