¿Qué causa este problema?

The message was processed successfully in the SAP system and transferred
to the connected system. However, it was not possible to get information
about the delivery to the recipient because the send status data that
was returned had errors or was incomplete. It is not possible to tell
from this data whether the message was delivered or not.
