¿Qué causa este problema?

The data collection method can only be started "directly" (that is from
the SAPphone environment) on the application host on which the method
was started for the first time after the SAP system restart (here: &V1&
).

Log on to application server &V1& and execute the function again.
Or:
Go to the alert monitor display and start the data collection method
from the display. This presupposes that the required method is defined
in the alert monitor environment. Read the unit on the alert monitor
connection in the SAPconnect or the SAPphone manual in the SAP online
library.
