The tracking status was already requested and is still being processed.

When a tracking request is transmitted, the object is blocked. This is
to prevent the object from being tracked multiple times simultaneously.

There is a problem with the tracking server:
Check that the RFC destination for the tracking server is active in the
<DS:TRAN.VTRC>Small Parcel Carrier Cockpit</>.
A tracking request has been lost and the object is still blocked:
Delete the lock entry.
Note:
The lock entry is ignored automatically after 30 minutes.
