You want to go to <DS:GLOS.36BB0C94F8A203E4E10000009B38F9B6>planning
hierarchy</> maintenance. <DS:DE.WISP_PLSZN>Planning scenario</> &V1&
has, however, not been activated yet. Activation ensures that the
planning hierarchy table structures correspond to
characteristic/planning step assignments. The current structure may
not, therefore, represent the actual assignment of plan characteristics
to planning steps.

Stay in hierarchy maintenance only if you could not activate the
planning scenario, as proportional factors still exist in hierarchy
tables with the old structure. Use hierarchy maintenance to delete this
data. Go back to planning scenario maintenance and execute activation.
After having done this you can create proportional factors in the new
hierarchy.
If you do not want to delete any proportional factors due to the
reorganization of plan characteristics, exit hierarchy maintenance and
then activate the planning scenario.
If you do not have authorization to activate planning scenarios,
contact
the relevant system administrator.
