You entered a distribution chain (sales organization, distribution
channel) in the promotion item. The category of this distribution
chain does not match the category of the distribution chain in the
header data.
These should agree in the basic data and order item data, because
sequential control in promotion processing depends on the
distribution chain category.

Choose another distribution chain or remove it from the item data.
