No materials were found during selection. None of the materials
correspond to the selection criteria specified or the materials in
question are not maintained sufficiently yet.
The following conditions must be met before a material is accepted in a
promotion:
At least one purchasing info record for this material should exist.
Authorization for this material should exist.
