¿Qué causa este problema?

The start of the special offer period has already passed, the end
date has not however been reached.
You can no longer change the date of the promotion start, listing
start and start of purchase price conditions, because subsequent
processing has already been carried out for the promotion.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You can carry out subsequent processing. You should however take
into account that validity periods for listing, prices, allocation
tables etc. are copied from the promotion and therefore cover time in
the past, although they no longer take effect there.
