¿Qué causa este problema?

The promotion sales period has already finished. All subsequent
processing steps can no longer be carried out because these steps are
only useful before or during a promotion.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

As long as the promotion is still in planning status, you can correct
all periods in the change mode of the promotion.
If at least one subsequent processing step has already been carried
out, this promotion can no longer be used.
