The IDoc promotion &V1& is to contain start and end dates when segment
11 of the additionals IDoc is being filled.
The material/store assignment for a promotion (table "WALE") was
accessed using the following values:
Promotions &V1&
Material &V2&
Unit of measure &V3&
Customer or store &V4&
Access was unsuccessful.

Start and end dates for promotion &V1& could not be defined. Fields
"AVKVO" and "AVKBI" for segment "E1WTADDI11" in the IDoc are left
empty.
