¿Qué causa este problema?

During generation, the table VEPCROSSREF is populated with
information about which endpoint is used by the service definition.
If an error happens during generation or import of a service
definition, these entries might not get created.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

In order to check and fix this problem, you can use Report
WEBI_CHECK_REPAIR. Execute it and provide the service definition
name and press the CHECK-Button. The missing VEPCROSSREF entries
are detected and shown, maybe also other problems.
Pressing the REPAIR-Button will fix the problem(s).
