The settlement request must be saved with the status <ZK>Incomplete</>.
Cost allocation has to be postponed.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

This issue should not occur. Ask your system administrator to resolve
it.
After the issue is resolved, enter the settlement request again to carry
out the cost allocation and complete the document.
