¿Qué causa este problema?

Not all the changed documents could be saved. Therefore, a new
simulation was carried out for the documents that were not yet saved,
including the document for which the budget is to be procured.
The display of OTB data, such as the available budget in a budget
bucket or the OTB status of the document, therefore does not necessarily
correspond to the current database status.
