¿Qué causa este problema?

You created a follow-up/replacement material relationship that is not
assigned to an assortment, and is therefore valid client-wide.
However, one or more follow-up/replacement material relationships
already exist for the same original material, the same
follow-up/replacement material, and the same follow-up type - and they
are assigned to an assortment.

Respuesta del sistema

Independent of the settings for the follow-up type, whenever a
follow-up/replacement material relationship that is valid client-wide is
created, the system always checks whether identical relationships
already exist that are assigned to an assortment.
The system displays this warning message, but saves the
follow-up/replacement material relationship.
