The function <LS>Complete work item manually</> can only be used on
work items that meet the following criteria:
The work item must be part of a workflow
The work item must not have status <ZH>completed</> or <ZH>error</>
The work item must be one of the following types:
Workflow work item (type F)
Dialog work item (type W)
Wait step work item (type E)
Background work item (type B)
