¿Qué causa este problema?

The following problems can trigger this message:
an asynchronous task has a check function module and the event type
linkage is not activated.
a completed event has been flagged as global in the type linkage table.
The instance linkage between the required event and the specified work
item cannot be entered in the type linkage table of the event manager.
The reason is either a database error or an error when generating
internal linkage numbers.

Check the following settings:
Check the event type linkage and if necessary, activate it. Choose
<DS:TRAN.SWETYPV>Utilities -> Events -> Type linkages </>
Choose the work item containing errors from the work item selection and
then choose <LS>Edit </><LS>-> Work items -> Restart after error</>
Check the number range object <ZH>SWE_EVTID</>
