the selected function cannot be carried out.
The current status is <ZH>&V1&</>.
It is not possible to change the attachments for the work item in this
status.
The function <LS>change attachments</> is only possible in the
following processing statuses:
<ZH>Reserved</>
<ZH>In process</>
<ZH>Executed</>
<ZH>Error</>
