¿Qué causa este problema?

The <DS:GLOS.work_item>work item</> has a processing status in which
the selected function cannot be executed.
The current status is <ZH>&V2&</>.
It is not possible to change the work item in this status.
It is only possible to use the <LS>change work item</> function in the
following processing statuses:
<ZH>Reserved</>
<ZH>Executed</>
