The response message from work item &V1& was processed correctly.
However, this fact could not be stored in the database: Function module
SWW_WI_CALLBACK_FLAG_SET returned an exception when the table SWWWIHEAD
was accessed.

Search for and correct the error (possibly with the workflow system
administrator) since the response message from the work item &V1&
remains incomplete otherwise and is therefore repeated automatically by
the workflow system.
