Workflow no. &V1& should be started but has not (yet) started
successfully.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

The cause of the problem may be one of the following:
Workflow start with wrong API function.
If the workflow was started with an API function, check whether the
correct API function SWW_WI_START was used. It is possible that the
workflow was only created with the API function SWW_WI_Create, but not
really started.
Error or termination starting workflow.
Analyze the messages in the technical step log for workflow no. &V4&
and the history of work item no. &V1&.
The SAP workflow system crashed when the background step was started.
Analyze the system log (<DS:TRAN.SM21>transaction SM21</>) or any
available dumps (<DS:TRAN.ST22>transaction ST22</>).
