¿Qué causa este problema?

The system is using the program in parallel processing mode. This
message gives information on how long the main program, from which the
parallel processes are started, stays in each of the queues. The
program waits in three program stages in total:
T1 (<DS:DE.WFCS_TIME_WAIT_TASK_FULL>Waiting time 1</>)
The system waits because the maximum number of processes are occupied
and it cannot start any new processes. You can enter the waiting time
and the maximum waiting time for each run in the selection screen.
T2 (<DS:DE.WFCS_TIME_WAIT_NO_RESOURCES>Waiting time 2</>)
The system waits because it was unable to find free resources when
trying to start a new process. You can enter the waiting time and the
maximum waiting time for each run in the selection screen.
TR (<DS:DE.WFCS_TIME_TASK_RETURN>Waiting time for task return</>)
After processing all the stores, the system waits until all the
processes started have reported back to the main program. You can enter
the waiting time and the maximum waiting time for each run in the
selection screen.
