¿Qué causa este problema?

There are sales conditions on store level for this material starting
later then the given key date. These sales conditions will be
overwritten when you save your changes. All created/modified conditions
will instead be written with the following dates:
Valid-from date = key date
Valid-to date = 12/31/9999

Respuesta del sistema

All currently existing sales conditions on store level for this material
during this period of time will be deleted during save.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you do not want to overwrite the existing sales conditions do not
save your changes.
