¿Qué causa este problema?

The system could not lock replenishment data.
Before the replenishment data (table WRPL) of a customer is changed,
the relevant table entries must be locked to prevent data from
elsewhere being written to the table.
If no material is indicated in the message text, none of the customer's
replenishment data could be locked.

cause of the error.
