¿Qué causa este problema?

You are using a reference characteristic that is not supported in all
IPC scenarios.

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

In this case:
1 = CRM Order / Internet Sales B2B
2 = Internet Sales (B2C and Catalog)
3 = Mobile Sales
4 = Vehicle Manager / Internet Sales
5 = CRM Standalone.

Characteristics that are not supported do not receive any values from
the call environment and therefore have no value in the read access, so
inconsistencies may result. Write access to data from the calling
environment is fundamentally not possible (exceptions: STPO-MENGE,
SDCOM-VKOND).
