¿Qué causa este problema?

You are not authorized to display or make changes in the supplier
master.

Respuesta del sistema

First, the system checks whether or not a change authorization for the
supplier master exists. If not, the display authorization is also
checked for this application in case users with no change authorization
are still allowed to access the master data on a read-only basis. The
system checks authorization object F_LFA1_APP.
