¿Qué causa este problema?

You are not authorized to display or make changes in the customer
master.

Respuesta del sistema

First, the system checks whether or not a change authorization for the
customer master exists. If not, the display authorization is then also
checked for this application, since users with no change authorization
may still be allowed to access the customer master on a read-only
basis.
The system checks authorization object F_KNA1_APP.
