You have attempted to enter an allocation with a fixed period for a
ship-to party / unloading point without taking into account that no
generally valid allocation to the ship-to party / unloading point
exists.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

First enter a generally valid allocation (that is, year/ period empty)
by removing the entries for year and period in the respective
allocation. If your allocations do not contain any errors after this,
you can enter the required allocation with a fixed period in a new
line.
