indicator <LS>Add MKK</> is not set in posting area V350, so that the
creation of the role is not permitted.
Posting area V350 was called up with the following values:
System: &V2&
Contract type: &V3&
Contract subtype: &V4&

Define the MKK role for business partner &V1&.
Set the indicator <LS>Add MKK</> in posting area V350 (transaction
VKKICDR2). If this indicator is set, the MKK role is added to all
business partners to which this role has not yet been assigned.
