THe system checks whether the calendar entered (&V1&) contains enough
working days in the immediate future, which could be used as
<DS:DE.PADAT>settlement dates</>.
This should prevent the calendar being used as a
<DS:DE.WFCID3>settlement period</> for future agreements.
