¿Qué causa este problema?

You are trying to construct a HU template according to a reference
packing instruction. Any attempt to convert the different units of
measure of the material to pack and the reference material, will cause
an error to occur.

Respuesta del sistema

The reason the conversion failed, is that the base unit of measure of
the reference material is not defined as a base unit of measure nor as
an alternative unit of measure for the material to pack. Therefore no
conversion is possible.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Add the base unit of measure of the reference material as an
alternative unit of measure in the material master for the material to
pack.
