¿Qué causa este problema?

This situation can occur if you select specific deliveries for an order
or a scheduling agreement on the <LS>Deliveries</> tab page of
transaction VL10HU (<LS>Outbound Delivery of Handling Units</>).
You are trying to deliver an HU with reference to an order or a
scheduling agreement. The overall delivery status of the item is
'completely processed' (=delivery is complete).

It is not possible to create a delivery.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

There are two options:
Increase the delivery quantity of the order.
If there are already unpacked deliveries for this order, assign the HU
to one of these deliveries instead of creating a new delivery.
