The batch &V3& (plant/material &V4&) has been changed in order &V2&.
This has changed the batch where-used list, on which derivation &V1& is
based, to such an extent that (at least) one of the sending batches is
no longer contained in this batch where-used list.

You can carry out the change.
In this case, you should then:

necessary
