¿Qué causa este problema?

You have attempted to create a shipment using the IDoc of the output
type SHPCPR (IDoc cat. TPSSHT01). Here there is internal assignment of
the shipment number. To continue this activity, you must fill the
following fields in the IDoc segment E1TPSHH as reference parameters:
SRVID1: unique external number of shipment at service agent
CARRID: vendor number of service agent
Using these parameters, the system selects the required shipment from
the database (reference fields in shipment document: External
identification 1 and forwarding agent)
