¿Qué causa este problema?

The system could not create or change any correction deadlines because
there are some billed correction deadlines already.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You can only create correction deadlines for a billing plan without any
correction deadlines.
Although this is a header billing plan, it is linked to an item billing
plan that does already contain billed correction deadlines.
