¿Qué causa este problema?

You attempted to open the Web interface for editing. However, the Web
Interface Builder automatically switched into the display mode.
Possible reasons for this are:
The Web interface is already being edited by another user.
The Web interface package does not allow any changes. The Web
interfaces delivered by SAP can be copied by the customers, but cannot
be modified later without a developer key being requested.
The system settings generally forbid changing workbench objects.
