can occur in the following situations:
The variable has the replacement type "fixed value", but no values were
defined.
The variable has the replacement type "user-defined values", but no
values were defined for the user, with which you logged onto the
system.
The variable has the replacement type "user exit", but the function
module that you have entered, delivers no values.
