The data for the Briefing Book structure you generated has been exported
successfully and placed in the folder that you specified in the file
system when you started generating the structure.
The exported Briefing Book consists of different files, sometimes in
very large numbers. To make it easier for you to manage these files, the
system has combined the exported files into a Zip file.

To produce the final print version of the Briefing Book, proceed as
follows:
Ensure that Adobe FrameMaker Version 7.0 (or higher) is installed on
your PC.
Extract the individual files from the Zip file and into the FrameMaker
work directory. In the extraction, the different data types are
automatically distributed to the subdirectories created for this
purpose.
Start Adobe FrameMaker and open the file 'BB_framemaker.xml'.
Make any desired changes to the file and then print it.
