¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Create an application area by placing the cursor on 'User menu' and
choosing 'New entries'.
Application areas form an intermediate layer to the transactions so
that they can be better structured. Of course it is up to you whether
you only want to work with one application area. You still have to name
this application area.
