You modified the source or target system for the synchronization, and
then you immediately chose <ZK>Save</>. However, the display still
represented the situation according to the old source or target system.
This could lead to unexpected results.

To start with, the display will be refreshed so that the situation can
be assessed more accurately. But the data will not yet be synchronized.
