¿Qué causa este problema?

Each collection segment can only be included in one run. Therefore, it
does not make sense to start two runs for the same segment
simultaneously. The system therefore blocks all collection segments of a
run during the creation of the worklist.
The current run contains the segment &V1&. A worklist is currently being
created for this segment by run &V2&.
