Customizing object &V1&. However, according to the system settings,
changes are not permitted for this Customizing object.

Make the changes in a system in which changes are permitted and then
transport the Customizing to the system in which you are currently
working. Alternatively, you can change the settings for the current
system so that changes to Customizing are permitted.
