You have to specify values for the
<DS:GLOS.C41828796C82D511B1250008C784EFB1>permanent parameters</> to
start the consolidation monitor.

Enter values for the required characteristics of the consolidation area.
Confirm the values.

If no consolidation areas have been created yet, contact your systems
administrator.
