You are generating the data target for data stream &V2& in data basis
&V1&. Up to now, no data target has been specified. Therefore, it would
be necessary to create a new data target. However, in the current
context it is only possible to regenerate data targets that have
already been specified.

If you need to generate the data target, you must either run the
generation in context that permits the creation of new data targets
(for example, by maintaining the data basis in change mode), or you
must make sure that the name of the data target has already been
specified (for example, by looking at the Customizing transport).
