¿Qué causa este problema?

The system attempted to generate an internal program. This was necessary
due to a new Release or a change in Customizing. An error occurred
during this process. Possible reasons are:
A different user was also working in the consolidation area. That user
just triggered the generation.
An error occurred in the lock server.
