However, you can only use a customer-defined method in formulas if it
meets the following conditions:
The method must be static (not an instance method).
Visibility: Public.
Abstract: No.
All parameters must be typed with DDIC types.
A parameter of the type 'Returning' exists.
Exceptions: Only class-based exceptions can be triggered.
Method &v1& of class &v2& does not meet at least one of these
conditions.
