¿Qué causa este problema?

You have tried to migrate at least one budget billing amount due date
that is outside the budget billing period.
This is only possible in the following cases:
The due date is that of an advance payment.
The budget billing plan is from category <LS>debit entry</>.
However, in this case neither of the above conditions is fulfilled.
