Function Module HREOP_UPDATE_PPKIX is called to delete particular
customer or vendor from payroll posting table PPKIX. Therefor you need
authorization to delete HR posting runs.

Update of PPKIX is not possible.

Check your authorizations in Travel Management system. In case of RFC
call check Travel Management system with destination <(>&<)>1.
