However, only a position of &v1& units or nominal amounts is available.

Check and adjust the data entered.
Alternative
Since this situation can happen during the replacement of an OTC (such
as a Forward Stock Transaction on a position) by another one on the same
position, you can temporarily deactivate the locks. This function can be
found in the edit/change mode of a deal in the menu under <ZK>Extras
</>-> <ZK>Deactivate Locks</>. Use this function directly before
saving.
