¿Qué causa este problema?

A locked object cannot be deleted from a (correction/transport/...)
request, because the request has status <ZH>not saved</>.
When it deletes a locked object, the system saves several times,
distributing the locks, and therefore cannot restore the original
status in the process. As a result, the status of the request must be
saved first. Then, if a rollback is requested, the system can return
to this status.
